講座主題🧎‍♀️‍➡️：技術🙏🏽、工作與人：工作設計理論視角下的工作場所數字化

講座摘要：

信息通訊技術（ICT）的快速發展推動了工作場所的數字化變革，同時也衍生了一系列值得探討和研究的新情境、新現象、新問題。然而，組織與管理研究中將“技術、工作與人”系統整合的理論框架仍十分有限。在本次報告中🤚，主講人將基於其發表於Academy of Management Annals、Applied Psychology以及Industrial and Organizational Psychology的三篇系列研究（在下方列出），重點介紹工作設計（work design）視角在數字化時代的理論價值。

報告人簡介:

王斌，上海大學管理學院“人懷學者”，副教授，先後求學於西北大學、北京師範大學、西澳大利亞大學、科廷大學。研究興趣包括工作設計、數字化人力資源管理、失敗學習等⛸，目前已在Academy of Management Annals🫀、Journal of Organizational Behavior等頂尖期刊發表論文二十余篇🗳，曾榮獲科廷大學校長傑出博士論文獎（2020）、澳大利亞未來工作研究中心青年學者最具影響力論文獎（2020）等學術獎項。目前為Entrepreneurship Research Journal期刊編委成員，擔任Academy of Management Discoveries等期刊同行評審。
